If you have requested the meet and greet service the chauffeur will hold a sign or a name board. We kindly request that you don’t leave the terminal before finding us.

We will be monitoring your flight and the chauffeur will arrive 15 minutes after your flight lands to save you on waiting.

We always monitor your flight to ensure your Chauffeur and vehicle arrive on time even if you flight is early.

You should aim to arrive 2-3 hours earlier for international flights unless for domestic flights. But always check with the Airline.

Parking and toll charges are not included and will be added to your final invoice.

General & Booking Questions

If you cancel within-
48 hours- 50% off all monies paid will be non-refundable.
24 hours- 100% off all monies will be non-refundable
If you cancel before 48 hours we will refund all the monies after the administration fees been charged if applicable.
(This differ to wedding and special occasion bookings please clarify cancellation charges when making the booking)

You will be notified with a Text that the chauffeur arrived and the location.

If you requested meet and greet service chauffeur will wait with a name-board outside the arrivals.
If not chauffeur will wait at the designated meeting point.
Normal Pickups
Wait in the car or Ring the bell or as you requested on booking.

Chauffeur will be at the airport holding a board with your name or your company name to meet and greet you and out of the Arrivals and will help you with luggage and show you to your car.

Many of our longstanding clients prefer to manage their partnership with us on an account basis. You will be invoiced per trip or per month. Please contact the office for more details.

You have to make the full payment to secure your booking.

Yes, we have baby/child seats available with no extra cost. Please request them on booking with the baby/childs age.

No as all our vehicles are PCO registered so there is no extra charge.

We provide discounts for regular customers or if you book numerous vehicles. Please talk to our team.

All prices online are exclusive of VAT and when quoted and subject to
20% VAT.

On Christmas and New Year’s Eve there will be an additional surcharge.

All vehicles are washed daily and regularly valeted.

All of our vehicle has 6 monthly Mots’ and serviced regularly.

Most of our cars are black, silver or white. If you want to choose you can do it when making the booking.

No, Cartier Chauffeur London Limited maintains a strict non-smoking policy
in all its vehicles.

unfortunately, we don’t allow to eat or drink in the car except the water bottles are provided in all of our vehicles.

If you wish to listen to music please request it to your Chauffeur. we offer free Wifi and some of our vehicles have DVD if you need DVD please request these at booking.

(Dark suit, shirt and tie with smart polished dark shoes) to perform the Services.
